ODK Box Redesign
ODK Box is a subscription-based streaming device that gives you access to various Korean TV shows, movies, and live channels on digital television via an internet connection.

ODK Media merged with Kooli Inc, a company-owned TV box that streams Korean content because they acknowledge that CTV has the potential to grow the business. I was in charge of redesigning the website to enhance the user experience and make consistent connections to the OnDemandKorea brand.

Optimize user flow to increase the conversion rate
The ODK Box website is essential for business because users must go through the website to subscribe to membership. By analyzing data, sessions of the website did not last long so we needed to improve user flow and redesign the whole website to present a unified brand with OnDemandKorea.
The current website is not organized and we found many redundant items
We created the website's information architecture and user flow to understand the current status better. We noticed there are many of unnecessary content throughout the website.
We interviewed existing users to obtain in-depth qualitative responses regarding how we can improve the website.

Usability testing with wireframes
The most challenging part was to redefine the cancellation and reactivation flow, which would change depending on device options. Since the flow is still complicated, we needed to iterate various times to make these steps easy on the actual design.
